Terms of Service

These terms cover BookkeeperKit, a downloadable digital toolkit sold by Atlas Labs ("we") at bookkeeperkit.com. Buying the kit means you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital product: the Scoping Question Bank, the Complexity & Pricing Calculator, and the Engagement Letter Template, delivered as downloads after a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Nothing ships; there is no subscription.

Your license

One purchase covers you and your firm. Use the tools with as many of your own clients as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the files — including "free" sharing in communities or bundling them into your own products.

The engagement letter is a template

It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. Have your own lawyer review it before you use it with clients. You are responsible for how you adapt and use it.

No guarantees

The kit helps you scope and price cleanup work. It does not guarantee client outcomes, won engagements, or income. Pricing decisions — and their results — are yours.

"As is"

The product is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid for the kit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and purchase information, handled by Stripe as our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

What we do with it

We deliver your files, send receipts, and email product updates. That's the whole list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, rent the list, or send third-party offers.

Unsubscribe

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops updates but doesn't affect your purchase or refund rights.

Refund Policy

30 days, no questions, full refund. If the kit isn't for you, email us from the address on your receipt within 30 days of purchase and say "refund."

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
